Other common uses include tricep ropes, push-up bars, pull-up bars, and other gym equipment. However, it is not suitable for SUP paddles due to slippage when wet.

Easy to Use

First, peel off the clear backing, making sure the area to be wrapped is clean. Stretching the tape slightly, wrap it around the paddle shaft, overlapping itself fully on the first circuit. For the next five circuits, or until the width of your palm, allow the tape to overlap the previous layer by half. Wait several hours after installing the tape before using the paddle. If used immediately, it may be slick.
